Note - Do not use an outdoor lacrosse ball as it will rebound too hard – use an indoor ball, bean bag ball or tennis ball)
Do not practice near windows or glass doors, ensure the space is clear so you do not break anything or hurt yourself)

Use the sides of a pitch or grass areas.
Jog the width and sprint the diagonals.
Rest 2 minutes
Repeat 6 - 8
Match Fitness (1)

Midfield Running
Run for 2 minutes.
Walk for 1 minute.
Repeat x 8 - 12 times
Midfield Running

Game Play Running
For 30 seconds, sprint/dodge/change direction/back pedal/deceleration, as if you were playing on the pitch.
Rest for 30 seconds

Use the sides of a pitch or grass areas.
Sprint the length of a third and walk back.
Sprint the length of two thirds and walk back.
Sprint the length of three thirds and walk back.
