Walking the Dog
Use your momentum to keep the ball in your stick. To make it easier start with your hand halfway down the stick, as you get more confident move your hand towards the end of the stick.

Reverse Stick Pass
To bring the ball across to the other side of your body, punch cradle out so the stick and ball is facing you. When bringing the cradle back, return to your opposite shoulder, turning the stick head in towards your head. This keeps a good hand position on your stick to release the pass.
